Apprenticeships with Walshs Glass.
Looking to kick start your career in the glass and manufacturing industry? Our apprentice program will teach you valuable skills while obtaining the relevant qualifications needed to create the career you’ve always wanted.
Our humble beginnings in the backyard shed of John Walsh prove even something that starts out small, can grow and develop into something successful.
For more than 25 years, Walshs Glass has been training and developing the next generation of glass processors and glaziers, taking people at the very start of their career in the glass industry and helping them develop and grow. Our team are so passionate about their trade that they were instrumental in launching the glass processing stream of the Certificate III in Glass and Glazing.
Walshs Glass Apprenticeship Program
Our apprenticeship program is open to applicants of any age and at any stage of their career. We’re looking for enthusiastic people who are willing to learn and work hard.
Every day you’ll bring your best self to work, ready to learn and work hard. Over three years of hands-on learning, you’ll be trained and mentored by senior Walshs Glass operators and assessed by an external registered training organisation to complete the units which make up the Certificate III in Glass and Glazing.
