As Executive Director of DBSJ Investments Pty Ltd trading as Walshs Glass, Andrew shares a strong vision for driving the growth and future success of this family-owned Western Australian business.
Andrew is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Transport and Logistics Australia (CILTA), a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) and a Placemaking X network advocate.
Having held roles on numerous state and local government forums, Andrew was founder and long-term Chairman of Connect Macquarie Park – Australia’s leading Transport Management Association, was responsible for the award-winning Optus Sustainable Transport Program, is a previous recipient of CILTA’s NSW Young Professional of the Year Award and finalist in GLOBE Melbourne’s ANZ Bank ‘Excellence in Business’ Award.

One of Walshs longest serving employees, Steve has been part of the team since 1994.
For the past six years, Steve has been the Executive Operations Manager, looking after all day-to-day operational requirements for Walshs. Prior to that, Steve held many roles including Production Planner, Works Manager and Operations Manager.
Steve loves innovation and is proud to have been on the forefront of some of the largest technological changes Walshs have made over the last few decades.
After more than 30 years in the glass industry, Steve believes it’s one of the most exciting and innovative careers choices you can make.
In his spare time, Steve plays the drums and loves to go fishing in some of the most beautiful places WA has to offer.

A CPA qualified Financial Controller, Louise has over 15 experience across small, medium and large enterprises, in both local and overseas markets. Her career spans over a number of industries including financial and professional services and more recently glass manufacturing here at Walshs Glass.
Louise believes in inspiring a shared vision and enabling others to act while also holding herself and the team to a high level of governance and compliance.

Appointed to HR Manager in March 2023, Katie holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and has nearly twenty years of Human Resource and Organisational Development experience. Prior to joining us, Katie co-owned and managed the Commercial Operations of the South Australian brewing and manufacturing company, Little Bang Brewing Co.
Focused on employee development, engagement and retention, Katie is excited to join Walshs Glass to grow our employee programs aligned to the changes in our industry.
